Visiting the G-rents

Visiting the G-rents in Woodbine, Iowa today. And checking in on their "new" car - previously owned by me. ;)

Thankfully the car has behaved for them and driven well according to them and my uncles that live in Woodbine, too.

My granny asked me if I liked NYC. I said yes. She said - Darn, I was hoping you'd say "no" and move back. Then quickly added that she just wants the best for me and worries. Oh granny!

We had lunch and talked about this and that. My grandpa gave his opinions on current events mentioning "Old Lady Clinton". Although my gramps can go on, I do enjoy listening to his phrasing of things! ;)

It was a nice leisurely day but eventually we had to head home back over the river and thru the woods...
